Musicians will perform from the porches of homes in the Russell Park neighborhood Sunday in Porch Fest 2023.
Similar to a progressive dinner, audiences are invited to move from location to location for each “course” or a five-course concert. Those who attend should bring lawn seating (chairs or a blanket), and a beverage if they desire. (Adult beverages are permitted within reason.)
Martin McGinn will kick off the afternoon, performing at 1:30 pm at 501 S. Olive St. Pullin’ Strings will perform at 2:30 at 206 E. Park St, followed by Heath Pattschull at 3:30 at 103 E. Park St. Tom Spielbaurer will perform at 4:30 at 300 S. Chestnut St, and Nola Jazz will conclude the afternoon at 5:30 at the Thomas Jefferson Gardens.
A meet-and-greet with all the Porch Fest musicians will follow the Nola Jazz performance.
Porch Fest is sponsored by Jefferson Matters: Main Street Tower View Team and Thomas Jefferson Gardens.
